Cancellation and rescheduling Policy: Our policy requires clients to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice before their scheduled appointment time if they need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. Please reach out to us via call or text to make any changes to your appointment. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a 50% charge of the service fee. Thank you for your understanding.
